We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide you with a reliable and safe user experience.

Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from our store are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional faults under normal use.


What is Covered

  • Electrical faults or malfunction
  • Charging ports not working properly
  • Power board not supplying power as intended  

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification
  • Damage caused by overloading beyond rated capacity
  • Physical damage (drops, water exposure, burns, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear  

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • A description of the issue  
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive all required information.


Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for products purchased from our store  
  • We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective  
  • In some cases, return of the item may be required

Safety Notice

For safety reasons, this power board is intended for use with general household electronics only.

Do NOT use with high-power appliances, including but not limited to:
- Heaters  
- Air conditioners  
- High-power cooking appliances  

Using high-power devices may exceed the rated capacity of the product and could result in overheating, damage, or safety hazards.

Always ensure the total connected load does not exceed the rated maximum of 2400W / 10A.

Improper use may void the warranty.
